Mental Health First Aid - Supporting Older Adults Training
Wednesday, November 23, 2022 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
A two-day evidence-based training by the Mental Health Commission of Canada (MHCC) designed for people who have frequent contact with older adults such as continuing care, home care and seniors lodge staff as well as family members, friends, public and private caregives, community health workers, and volunteers. MHFA SOA trains participants to effective respond to an emerging mental health problem or crisis, until the situation is resolved, or appropriate treatment is found.
