Garden Valley Hall is offering FREE drop in YOGA to all current & new members
To become a member just show up at yoga. Pay the membership fee ($1 annually).
1 hour Classes run weekly for 8 weeks every Tuesday 9:30am - 10:30am with Kim, a certified yoga instructor, no yoga experience needed.
Wear comfortable clothing. Bring your yoga mat, towel & water.
