Garden Valley Hall is offering 8 weeks of FREE drop in yoga for current and new members every Tuesday evening starting in March
To become a member: simply join a class and pay your $1 annual membership fee. Come out and enoy as many classes as you wish. Elyse is our local certified instructor, no experince is needed.
Dress in comfortable clothing. Bring a yoga mat, towel and water.
